오늘은 사고 원인과 LG화학이 진 책임에 대해 하나하나 따져 보려 합니다.
Today, we will examine the cause of the accident and LG Chem's responsibility one by one.
ఈరోజు, మేము ప్రమాదానికి గల కారణాలను మరియు LG Chem యొక్క బాధ్యతను ఒక్కొక్కటిగా పరిశీలిస్తాము.

At the time, the factory neglected its aging facilities and virtually neglected the evacuation of residents.

새벽 3시, 모두가 잠들어있을 시간 마을을 뿌옇게 뒤덮은 연기.
At 3 a.m., when everyone was asleep, smoke covered the village.
తెల్లవారుజామున 3 గంటలకు అందరూ నిద్రిస్తున్న సమయంలో గ్రామాన్ని పొగలు అలుముకున్నాయి.
이상한 냄새에 하나둘 깨 밖으로 나왔지만, 주민들은 영문을 몰랐습니다.
One by one, the residents woke up to a strange smell and came out, but the residents had no idea what was going on.
ఒకరి తర్వాత ఒకరు వింత వాసన రావడంతో మేల్కొన్న నివాసితులు బయటకు వచ్చారు, కానీ ఏమి జరుగుతుందో తెలియదు.
사이렌도 대피명령도 없었기 때문입니다.
This is because there were no sirens or evacuation orders.
సైరన్‌లు లేదా తరలింపు ఆదేశాలు లేకపోవడమే దీనికి కారణం.

“Because it was close to my house, I could hear the (factory) sound going off during shift changes, but I never once heard the siren telling me to evacuate that day.”

He said he wondered where the fire had started or whether it was coronavirus quarantine work.
ఎక్కడ మంటలు చెలరేగాయి లేదా అది కరోనావైరస్ క్వారంటైన్ పని అని తాను ఆశ్చర్యపోతున్నానని అతను చెప్పాడు.

People suddenly collapse in confusion.

As a result, 12 people died and nearly 600 were injured.

The toxic gas even killed livestock and nearby forests.

However, at the time of the accident, the use of water was banned for a month as it was contaminated with styrene gas.
అయితే ప్రమాదం జరిగిన సమయంలో స్టైరిన్ గ్యాస్‌తో కలుషితం కావడంతో నెల రోజుల పాటు నీటి వినియోగాన్ని నిషేధించారు.
참사 직후 인도 주 정부는 특별조사위원회를 꾸려 4천 쪽에 달하는 결과보고서를 냈습니다.
Immediately after the disaster, the Indian state government formed a special investigation committee and published a 4,000-page report.
విపత్తు జరిగిన వెంటనే, భారత రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక దర్యాప్తు కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేసి 4,000 పేజీల నివేదికను ప్రచురించింది.
당시 인도 공장엔 36개의 사이렌 스위치가 있었지만 아무도 누르지 않은 걸로 드러났습니다.
At the time, it turned out that there were 36 siren switches in the Indian factory, but no one had pressed them.
ఆ సమయంలో, ఇండియన్ ఫ్యాక్టరీలో 36 సైరన్ స్విచ్‌లు ఉన్నాయని, అయితే వాటిని ఎవరూ నొక్కలేదని తేలింది.

The cause of the gas leak was also found.

The styrene storage tank was an old tank whose useful life had already exceeded three years, and the design of the tank had been changed without permission from the authorities a few months before the accident, causing the tank to overheat.

20 of the 21 causes of the accident were LG Chem's fault.

However, four years later, LG Chem has not provided compensation or active support to the victims.

In the meantime, the victims are suffering from the aftereffects of their lives.

재판을 핑계 대는 기업들의 이같은 행태는 낯설지 않습니다.
This behavior of companies using trials as an excuse is not unfamiliar.
ట్రయల్స్‌ను సాకుగా ఉపయోగించే కంపెనీల ఈ ప్రవర్తన తెలియనిది కాదు.
가습기 살균제 참사 역시 기업들은 '재판 진행 중'이라며 수년간 책임을 지지 않다가 검찰 수사가 본격화되자 배상에 나섰습니다.
As for the humidifier disinfectant disaster, the companies did not take responsibility for several years, claiming that the trial was in progress, but when the prosecution investigation began in earnest, they began to pay compensation.
హ్యూమిడిఫైయర్ క్రిమిసంహారక విపత్తు విషయానికొస్తే, విచారణ పురోగతిలో ఉందని కంపెనీలు చాలా సంవత్సరాలు బాధ్యత వహించలేదు, అయితే ప్రాసిక్యూషన్ దర్యాప్తు తీవ్రంగా ప్రారంభించినప్పుడు, వారు పరిహారం చెల్లించడం ప్రారంభించారు.

As soon as the coverage began, LG Chem also announced that it would actively provide support even before the ruling.

It is pointed out that the true face of some domestic companies that make huge profits but respond complacently to environmental disasters or industrial accidents has been clearly revealed to the world
భారీ లాభాలు ఆర్జించినా పర్యావరణ విపత్తులు లేదా పారిశ్రామిక ప్రమాదాల పట్ల ఆత్మసంతృప్తితో స్పందించే కొన్ని దేశీయ కంపెనీల అసలు ముఖం ప్రపంచానికి స్పష్టంగా వెల్లడయ్యిందని ఎత్తి చూపారు.
